Queen Tribute Band And Elvis Impersonator Wanted For Kings Coronation - Watlington - Oxfordshire - 6^th May 2023

Elvis Impersonator and Queen tribute band wanted for the team of Watlington Phoenix Players (in Watlington Oxfordshire) who are preparing a special concert on the evening of the Coronation of King Charles (Saturday 6th May 2023).

The event will take place in The Paddock - a small parkland setting in the centre of the small Town. Gates will open at 6.00 pm. The evening will be titled 'Meeting The King and Queen' and comprise tribute artists for Elvis's work and also Freddie Mercury and Queen (from 7.00pm). The evening will close at 10.00. In the spirit of the day. The invitation will be extended to individuals and families of all ages. A 'beer and wine tent' will be open and snacks also available.

The performances will be from a small stage and probably involve lighting to the stage and a good projection system is needed to carry clear amplified sounds.

The 'Elvis' segment should be a continuous 'set' commencing at about 7.00. It should be a continuous performance to include the full range of Elvis 'standards' – rock and ballards.

The 'Queen' segment should be a continuous 'set' commencing at about 8.30 and close off the evening. It should be a continuous performance to include the full range of Queen's classic tracks.

A contract can be entered without delay provided ALL costs are shown (i.e. to including travel and other costs)

Interested artists may wish to indicate special features that might include sound/lighting aspects in performance.

The event may have an audience of 150 upwards depending of course on weather especially.
