Tinker Taylor is currently casting for an advert which requires the talent of tricking professionals, circus skills performers and gymnasts.

CASTING CALL: CIRCUS PERFORMERS / TRICKING PROFESSIONALS / GYMNASTS

Production Type: Commercial - Video & Photography.

Location: Birmingham, UK

Shoot Dates: 14th or 15th August 2025 (a few hours' filming per performer - around 1/2 days' work each)

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

We’re creating a bold, high-energy & humorous campaign celebrating tradespeople. This is a fast-paced, cinematic ad where everyday worksite tasks become a display of physical artistry. Think construction meets martial arts. Plumbers who move like parkour pros.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

6 highly skilled circus performers, tricking professionals, or gymnasts.

We want individuals who can move with precision, grace, and power - and look cool doing it. We are seeking adult male or male-presenting talent of all ethnicities & ages.

You should be able to do one or more of the following:

Parkour / Freerunning

Acrobatics / martial arts tricking

Gymnastic strength or balance work (splits, handstands, etc.)

Object manipulation (e.g., catching/throwing tools, juggling, baton work)

Stylized, choreographed movement

EXAMPLES OF SCENES:

An electrician sprints through a worksite, throws a screwdriver, skids under a bench, catches it mid-slide, and installs it in one fluid motion.

A builder performs the splits between two worktops, eyes closed in a meditative state.

A Carpenter spins a spirit level and catches it mid-air before placing it on the mantel.

A Plumber performs a side flip to land perfectly on one hand while tightening a bolt with the other.

RATE:

£700. This includes distribution costs. We will also pay for talent travel & sustenance expenses.
