Female Singer Required To Record Already Composed Song - Must Be Local To San Francisco - Date To Be Arranged

This job is to record a song already composed and arranged. This is a studio gig, not a live performance.
Please only respond if you live in or near San Francisco or if you can get here without issue.

The song is a ballad and will most likely be part of my 18th CD release.

I need a singer who has impeccable intonation and diction, and whose range is such that her chest voice is resonant and clear (not little-girl like) and her high notes can be sung at various volume levels.
Classical training is a plus, Broadway experience also good. Not looking for an overtly pop sound, nor anything harsh.
Must read music. I appreciate good musicianship and excellent recording technique.

II am an experienced composer/music producer with credits in film, TV, animation, computer games, dance scores and album production.
