Country & Western Band Required For An Event In Long Beach, California - 10^th September 2025

I work for a company called Future Travel Experience. We host numerous events, and our FTE Global event will take place in Long Beach this year. On Wednesday 10th September, between 20:30 - 23:00, we are holding a networking party for roughly 500 guests.

We would like to hire a band/entertainer that could play country music for our guests for the duration of the event. We are planning to hold an awards ceremony, so we would appreciate it if you were able to play music for the walk-on/walk-off stage moments for winners etc. We would ideally like an acoustic/roving entertainer to be able to perform outdoors. There is a built-in stage outside with the dimensions: 14.5’L X 12’HX11’ Depth. We would need you to bring your own equipment.
