Aerialist / Acrobat Needed For Care Home Event In Hamilton, Ohio - 16^th April 2026

Our health campus is home to approximately eighty older adults of various ages and abilities, but everyone is excited to welcome new individuals of varying abilities to our facility. Most of our facility has a diagnosis of dementia, and performing arts is very important. Today, I am reaching out to ask if an aerialist or acrobat would be available for an amazing, extraordinary performance on Thursday, April 16th, around 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m for a community performance before or after our theme dinner celebration. In addition, every Friday, we host a themed happy hour from 3 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. and offer speciality beverages, hors d’oeuvres/appetisers, games, and live entertainment if this would be a better timeframe for one of your talented professionals. This event will revolve around a glamorous Spring Formal that welcomes the rejuvenation and warmth of the season! For this event, I imagine blooms of all kinds and out-of-the-box experiences with skilled performers – creating a magical and elegant atmosphere. As residents are seated and enjoying their first course, the lights dim, and an extraordinary performance begins while residents enter the dining room and eat their first course.
