Classic Rock Band Required For Corporate Events

The event is 200 people, private corporate event, in a ballroom. Age range 20-60. Sales and marketing type people

Event dates and locations are TBD between (will have a clearer idea about decision near July):

December 5, 2023 in Savannah Georgia

January 23, 2024 in TBD (probably East Coast)

March 5, 2024 in Nashville TN

We would be happy to discuss what all would be included in the budget in terms of air, hotel, food, and the such.

We need an opening act (less than 120 seconds long) that starts with one member (ex drum beat or guitar riff) then the others all come in. We want a quick mashup of the best pump up songs to really bring up the energy and start the meeting up on their feet (or if you have a suggestion on one really great song, we would be interested).

In addition to the main performance, we would want to have the group in a day early for a rehearsal on the stage. So ideally sometime the day before the performance. Please include an hour rehearsal for this in any budgeting.

The meeting theme is “AMPLIFY” where they will be focusing on helping make the market more accessible to their intended audience. The set is a giant LED wall that looks like a wall of amps.

This would happen at 8:30am ET for 2 minutes. And the drum kit will stay on stage for about two hours after unless we can find a way to set it up at the back of the house so we can immediately strike it while the rest of the show continues.

We have all the lighting and stage figured out, I would just ask you to be transparent for what audio needs there might be or any possibility for putting you through our own audio booth there is.
