Headline Act Cruise Ship Contracts $1500 - $2500+ (£1000 - £2000+) Per Week
If you are a Singer, Musician (Solo / Multi Instrumentalist), Comedian, Stage Magician, Illusionist, Juggler, Pianist Singer, Ventriloquist, Speciality Act, Hypnotist, Tribute Act, Tribute Band or any other Act looking to perform as a Headline Act (performing your act in the main theatre), our team here at Entertainers Worldwide have shortlisted for you the best Cruise Ship Agents worldwide, currently providing cruise ship guest entertainers for contracts all over the world.
Contract pay is generally between $1500 - $2500+ (£1000 - £2000+) Per Week, for you to perform 1-2 shows total over the week in the theatre.
As your status on board is 'guest' status (you are called a 'Guest / Entertainer'), the 5/6 days on the cruise where you are not performing are literally your own to enjoy the local areas around the ports where the ship has docked, or to enjoy the cruise ships activities & shows when 'at sea'.
Cruise lines that you would be performing on include:
Carnival Cruise Lines
Celebrity Cruises
Cunard Line
Disney Cruise Line
Holland America Line
MSC Cruises
Norwegian Cruise Line
Princess Cruises
Royal Caribbean International
Azamara Club Cruises
Crystal Cruises
Oceania Cruises
Paul Gauguin Cruises
Regent Seven Seas Cruises
Seabourn Cruise Line
Silversea Cruises
Contracts vary from requiring you to have 1 x 45 minute show to perform in the theatre / cabaret lounge + a completely different 20 minute show (usually to perform alongside another act as a split show or as part of a 'variety show').
Other contracts require you to have 2 x different 45 minute shows, however if you only currently have enough material for a 1 x 45 + 20 minute show, most agents are happy to offer you suitable contracts.
Note: If you are a Singer / Musical act you will be expected to provide each member of the on-board band your own sheet music (dots) to play your performances.
Contract lengths differ from 1-2 week contracts on-board to 'back-to-back contracts. For 1-2 week contracts, you will fly to the nearest airport that the ship is due to dock, board the ship, perform 1-2 shows each week in the main theatre and then fly home at the end of the 1 / 2 weeks (all flights are paid for by the cruise line). If you would like to perform 'back-to-back' contracts, your agent can try and fix this up for you so that after one contract is finished, instead of flying you home they will fly you to location where the next contract is about to start and put you up in accommodation for a night or two if necessary before the ship docks for you to join.
If you feel that you are suitable and would like to put yourself forward for representation, simply apply now for instant access to the direct contact details of our recommended Cruise Ship Agents worldwide.
We sincerely wish you the very best of luck getting started on your road to performing all over the world as a Guest Entertainer on Mainstream & Luxury Cruise Ships!
