Rolling Stone Lounge Band- RWS Global and Holland America Line have partnered with the legendary magazine, Rolling Stone to create a one-of-a-kind music experience on board luxury cruise ships. We’re searching for talented musicians and singers to perform nightly sets featuring the most popular songs of the past 70 years.

Drummers - We are looking for Drummers with a rock-star stage presence and world-class chops. Candidates must be able to perform iconic drum grooves from memory while engaging the audience. You must be comfortable and experienced with performing all styles of popular music including, but not limited to Rock, Pop, R&B, and Country.

Dates and Location - Employment opportunities are year-round on multiple cruise ships with world-wide itineraries. If you’ve ever wanted to travel the world, this is the gig for you! Our ships travel to all 7 continents. All travel and lodging is provided, including an 18-day rehearsal period at the RWS Studios in NYC. On board contracts vary in length from 4 to 7 months continuous at sea.

Salary and Perks - We offer one of the most competitive salaries for musicians and singers in the cruise industry! Weekly salary ranges from $1,100/week to $1,500/week based on experience. Rehearsal salary is $775/week. Non-union. Performers enjoy guest status on board, with no crew duties and full access to guest amenities. No crew drill! Single accommodations on board provided.

Performance Schedule - The band performs (3) three 45-minute sets per night, with (1) one night off every week. The repertoire is made up of 22 themed sets that spans nearly every genre of popular music. All musicians and singers are expected to perform off-book. Reading music is not required, music is expected to be learned before rehearsal.

We are seeking talent world-wide, with US performers given preference.

All performers must have a valid passport and be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.

Performers can be Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian/Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern/North African/South Asian, and/or white, as well as inclusive of all gender identities.
