Female Lead Vocalist Required To Join Small Band For Senior Community Gigs In Denver, Colorado

I am seeking a great Female Lead vocalist to replace our dear Stephanie, who had to step out to care for her family.
I am a Band Manager and the Guitarist/
The general idea is to market a small band to senior communities, condo groups, and private parties in the general Denver, CO area.
Not targeting any clubs, lounges, 4-hour gigs.
I'll pitch the band as soon as we have made a short video.
There are 284 senior facilities in Denver, CO. I expect to pitch a 4-pice band for $400 for a 90-minute show and $500 for a 2-hour show.
I have a great male lead singer, I am a great harmony Singer and pro Guitarist.
We use backing tracks for authenticity and also play without tracks.
We need someone who is local to Denver Metro, loves to rehearse, and play, and is happy with 50s through 80's pop material.
