Musicians Wanted For Events In London & Reading - 14 & 17 August & 11 & - 14^th September 2024

I work for a business awards company based in London who host a variety of events across the UK throughout the year. At a recent planning meeting, we had the idea to start including music at our events during the networking aspects of the days. We have 4 dates we are currently looking for background entertainment for, with potentially more to come in the future:

14th August 2024 - 02 intercontinental, London (venue tbc)
17th August 2024 - 02 intercontinental, London (venue tbc)

11th September 2024 - The Meetings & Events Centre at Crowne Plaza Reading, RG41 5TS (venue tbc)
14th September 2024 - The Meetings & Events Centre at Crowne Plaza Reading, RG41 5TS (venue tbc)

We are unsure how long we would need the musicians for at this stage, so it would be useful to have quotes for 1, 2 and 3 hours for me to put forward at our next meeting. Timings would be around 5pm start.

We would be looking for quotes for instrumental music - potentially String Quartets / Jazz / Soloists such as Violinists or Harpists?
