String Trio Wanted For A Fundraising Event in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - In February 2026 - Date To Be Confirmed

I'm reaching out on behalf of the nonprofit, Girls on the Run of Central Oklahoma. We are a nonprofit that reaches girls ages 3rd through 8th grade. We teach them to be leaders, entrepreneurs, and to go forth with confidence and joy. I'm trying to host our first-ever signature winter event, the Confidence Awards Banquet. This would eventually turn into a fundraiser that keeps us going for years to come.

I'm waiting to hear from a few event venues, but we are hoping for Feb 6, 2026. As our first-ever attempt, we are assuming somewhere around 75-100 guests. What would cost look like? Any nonprofit discount or donation would be greatly appreciated as we attempt to grow our mission!
