Date: Friday, June 13, 2025

Event Timing: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Load-In & Strike Timing: Load-in from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM; Strike can begin at 10:00 PM

Guest Count: Approximately 160–180 guests

Entertainment Needs: The client is hosting an awards dinner and would like live music throughout the evening (5:30 PM – 9:30 PM), with pauses for award presentations. The music should be kept at a lower volume to maintain a corporate-friendly atmosphere.
