Saxophonist Needed For A Corporate Event In Louisiana, New Orleans - 2^nd May 2024

Hello! My name is Shrita Moore and I am the Events Manager for the Public Welfare Foundation located in Washington DC. We are having a cocktail party for staff/Board members and grantees from 6 pm - 9 pm at Studio B in New Orleans. There is a total of 60 people attending the event. One of our staff members is celebrating a birthday and we want to surprise her with a saxophone soloist to play Happy Birthday and a couple of songs. We would only need the soloist for the program's last hour, which would be from 8pm - 9 pm. If you could provide an estimate that would be gladly appreciated.
